Default Getting abs to Pop...

Ive been wanting my abs to show for awhile...Im currently eating right, doing cardio 3x a week...still lifting..got this layer off fat on me. Especially around my stomach. I dont want to have to lose so much BF that I start looking like a swimmer or some shit to get these abs out...I posted some pics in the pic section..take a look..If you got ANY tips, besides cardio..help me out..Im taking an ECA stack right now..Maybe some ab training I havent thought of..Im 6'3 230, 24....

how about you post up your diet and routine to start off with bro? most people miss the basics

you wont love hearing this and granted its late but your pics show you are making progress but your BF is still to high to pop abs - its not lack of development necessarily - its diet. You can cardio all you want - sadly, to get those abs out there, you have to get that diet in control, not just eat right - some guys are ripped naturally but have a hard time growing, then there are those of us who get big just looking at weights but cant see abs to save us
