Good luck OJ.

Not to change the subject but I have a bad back and recently started epidural steroid injections and they are GOLD. I'm practically back to my old pre-bad-back-self. Don't know if you looked into that or if its even applicable to whatever your situation is...just thought I'd throw it out there.

Its probably the same corticos steroid they would have put in my shoulder but I dont want a short term solution, I knew they would give me a false sense of security, and its not the way forward for me, glad you feel better bro, I had 5 herniated discs also, I know how shit it can be at times!
