empty stomach AM cardio.....
It seems like there has has always been a debate on what is best for fat loss. Some will say do it on a completely empty stomach, others will say empty stomach cardio will chew up muscle and you should have a protien shake. Still others say a small amount of carbs will help stoke the fire that burns fat. What is your personal opinion? Please note if you have or have tried or have not tried something different and how your results were. 1. Completely Empty 2. Just some Coffee or energy drink 3. small protien shake 4. small amounts of pro/carb 5. Pro/fat |

Personally I have always found empty stomach and a eca type stack works the best and I never notice too much muscle atrophy
but I know everything is personal and different people work best in different ways |

This is a debate that we'll probably never see the end of.
I never do fasted state cardio. Personally, I don't see the point of it. I've tried each of the above btw. I prefer to have a small meal prior to cardio, if doing it in the early a.m. Other than that, I do PWO cardio.
