Default Wrist/Elbow Pain

Hey everyone, havent posted in a long time but i still lurk the threads. Since my computer job isnt steady im doing Osha ladder repairs. So im lifting anywhere from 25-50 14ft extension ladders per day and so my right arm is taking a beating. Carrying these ladders has given me alot of joint pain.

Ill take ibuprofen when its bad but is there any good supplement powders out that are worth buying? I remember crea-joint was one of the brands. Yall have any ideas?
