well, im a little screwed up now, cant lift up my arm at all, got some exercises to do, he said he didnt need to sew anything up, just that the bone was rubbing tendon and stopping the tears they could see from healing so now he has removed the bone the tears will heal themselves.
im hoping its back to lifting some nice military presses again once its right everything went fine, really nice place ![]() |

Did he recommend any supps for speeding the healing?
I know that wobenzym works miracles for inflamation of the tendon and ligaments. Much better than glucosamine or MSM etc. I'm sure it will be nice to get back to lifting again. ![]() |

Well it sounds like it wasn't as bad as you feared. That's great! This means the recovery will be much shorter than expected. I bet you will be back doing normal things with little issue in as few as 6 weeks...based on the issue you mentioned.
Glad it went well. I hope you have a speedy recovery. I suspect this whole surgery thing is why you never got back to me...what a poor excuse. lol

well its all gone from bad to worse im afraid, im now in hospital with my laptop, 1 week ago woke up couldnt move my arm, went back to where did it and they said its fine go home again! however after 4 days of agony i just knew it wasnt right.
i went to the other hospital and they stuck some huge mofo needle in my shoulder joint and then admitted me to hospital, ive been on iv anti biotics since then and morphine and still in agony, they are letting me know tomorrow if they are gonna operate again, to sort out this infection, what a mess ![]() |
