It boils down to the fact that wolves would eat a naturally raw diet for many moons and dogs derive from wolves, a lot of people say raw is the way to go.
Yeah I looked at that site. And speaking of wolves I almost bought one called a black yukon timberwolf (YoungWolf Kennels Website). Those are cool animals. And yeah your right they only eat raw food, and from what I've read you only feed them once everyday. Ill check out that innova stuff. Do you buy it online or locally? Ive never seen it at petsmart

Nah bro google Innova dog food and you will get a store locator , you won't get Innova at any petsmart. I got my Ridgeback on Innova and his coat has gotten so soft its unreal, and he shits less which is a plus. Honestly though just compare the ingredients from that stuff to something like Purina Pro Plan..

Compare Pet Food to Find the Best Pet Food Brand for Your Dog or Cat – Natura Pet Products

P.S. Those wolves are F'n baddass !

"EVO formula is based on ground chicken and turkey meat, bones, fat, cartilage and connective tissue. It includes whole, raw fruits and vegetables which contain health promoting phytochemicals and micronutrients."

Thats cool... i looked into a raw diet at first, but just like the vegans, if you dont give them other food and supplements that have to vitamins they need i know they can get sick. I'm assuming that their digestive systems have evolved a little differently from wolves. So thats cool...i think i may try that evo stuff

I noticed theres the innova and the evo which is grain free....which do you use? cuz the innova has grain in it.

I use Innova not Evo. MY dog is still a puppy and I am worried if I feed him too much protein at this point he will only get joint problems. If yours is under 1 , stick to the Innova. Just be sure to slowly switch his dog food, I increase my pupps food by adding a pinch per meal which is 3-4 kibble give or take.
