need some diet advise for my GF
long time no post... but as the title says, my girlfriend just found out shes supposed to do some wedding dress modeling on jan 11th and obviously has the desire to lose as much weight as possible before then, I know my diet/needs and can regulate that just fine myself and can somewhat offer her some advise but I'm looking for a little more knowledgible insight on what the fastest way for a woman to lose as much weight as fast as possible would be without being unhealthy, some daily meal layouts to consider would be awesome... shes 24yo, fairly tall, 5'-10", 5'-11" and around 140-150lbs at the moment
