Default Compound workout 3x a week.

What is everyones opinion on this?

Also could someone show me a good compound routine.

um, like a fullbody workout done 3x a week doing only compound movents, ie, things that work more than one muscle I guess.

haha, man, ive been doing a split for a while now and i guess it's hard for me to stay motivated on it. i just really like doing fullbody workouts so i wanted to know what type to do that would make the best gains.
