6month cycle PCT... advice ... please and thank you

hey everyone.

just about to end a 6 month of 800mg t400 per week. On cycle i have been running

.25mg anastrozole ED
20mg ED
HCG between 250 and 500iu twice a week.
last 10 days been running 200iu ED ( start 4 days after])

my PCT is

Nolvadex 40mg Day 1 ...20mg ED for 4 -6 weeks
Tormifene ... Not sure how to run it... suggestions?
anastrozole . 25mg ED 4-6 weeks (do you suggest i bump that up day 1 also?)
HGH and Slin as well

what do you guys think ?

how long you running anast etc for? do u think 4 days between hxg and pct is long enoigh? i normally leave it 7 days.
imo i would run hcg at 1x1500iu shot day one, then 500iu ed for 2weeks and poss longer if balls arnt responding too well, then start pct once balls are nice and full for a good few days
imo no point starting pct untill you balls are full, prob wont need to go past 2 weeks but i would run it like that for adlest 2 weeks, thats just me, i dont think 500iux2 per week is anywer near enough but it depends on how shut down you are and if you wer running hcg through out cycle??

FWIW, I respond better to more hcg. My pct is different than most you see run, and I wouldn't necessarily recommend it for anyone else. I don't touch slin...personal.
I use nolva, hcg, and gh. Currently, my endo has me running hcg only @ 1000iu 3xW. My test levels are in the normal range without the use of testosterone for the first time in about 6 years. But as soon as I drop the hcg....test drops.

Point: we are all different. You have to figure it out for yourself what works best for you.

That's exactly why I always got bloodwork done after a cycle. Nothing beats having hard data to analyze your recovery.
