Default Cutting your waist size?

How do I get rid of those love handles? I am a fairly lean person cause I do follow some sort of diet and do lots of cardio but was wandering is there any kind of weight lifting or exercise that I could do to cut my waist size and get that nice cut look. I know that's where dieting comes in but is there any lifts or exercises that I could do to speed it up? I can't really get on a pro diet because of my job and the physical and mental output thats required. Anything ideas out there?

Sorry but diet is the only way to slim a waistline. All the crunches and sit-ups in the world will make no difference. Training your core will improve the over-all look once you've trimmed away the fat, but other than that, it will always come down to what your eating, how much, and when.

Heavy squats and dynamic squats burn more calories than probably anything else you can do. If not, try swimming.
