Red face Low Fat cottage cheese 2% Milk Fat

I've looked everywhere for the non-fat cottage cheese but can only find Daisy low fat cottage cheese w/2% milkfat.

FACTS

1/2 CUP SERVING

CALORIES: 90 CALORIES FROM FAT 20
SATURATED FAT 1.5G
TRANS FAT 0
CHOLESTEROL 10MG
SODIUM 360MG
TOTAL CARB 4G
SUGARS 4G
PROTIEN 14G

I'm trying to loose some weight and I started eating half a cup of this before bed w/1 spoon of natural PB

Is this alright or should I cut the PB out?

I haven't bought any casien protien yet so I'm doing this to save a couple dollars for now until next month.

And also is this Cottage cheese alright or should I keep searching for the non-fat..??

Your help and opinions are much appreciated, thanks!

I don't see anything wrong with eating it. I eat the same thing before bed.

What you eat is relative to everything else you eat. Its difficult to give you the answer you want b/c we don't know your whole diet, stats, goals, etc.
