Default Cramp in Chest during shoulder press??

Just started my workout today doing belted standing db shoulder press.. when i was done with my first set and just put the dbs back on the rack i had an extreme pain in my chest... felt as if someone just punched the shit outa my upper chest... the pain was so bad it actually brought me to my knees.. Not sure if it is lack of water or what...

never experienced this before and even now, hours after the workout, my chest still is cramped and sore...

Has this ever happened to anyone? Should i be worried? I have been running test for about 7 weeks now at about 1000mg a week... not sure if that has anything to do with it, but again this has never happened to me before... On or off gear.

Any advice would be much appreciated
