While training, I felt a pain in my upper left pec. Nothing excrutiating, but noticeable. I did a second set, and felt the discomfort slight pain again. I went home, and I have a weird bump on my left pec, right between my armpit and pec. Its not painful, I do have some bruising in my upper arm. Ive read about this so much that ive come to the conclusion that it is a minor tear. Is it a tear? How long do I lay off the training? Will the pec go back to normal?
