Watch for concerts

Well I went to a Seether concert the other week. In my drunkin stupidity (lucky if I drink 2-3 times a year) I thought I'd go through the mosh pit up to the stage to see the band. Well I paid for that mistake, guess I'm getting to old for this kinda stuff.
Got nailed pretty good from the side and twisted my knee, get to start therapy tomorrow

at least I'll be in a gym again!
