New Exercise I Invented
Ok ok im sure someone is going to correct me on this but I've been doing this at night to work on the midsection a little at home. I have hardwood floors and its a pain in the spine to do situps. So basically what I do is a standard chin-up with the hands facing towards the head. However when i reach the top of my movement I hold it for a second and try to bring my knees as high up my chest as possible....sometimes I try to do it with my legs straight and bring my toes as high as possible but this is much more difficult and my lack of flexibility is almost painful. Now I can only do 10 now at a time as its pretty danm hard but if we got some gorillas on here want to try 20 at a clip post it up and be my guest.
For all u "pros" and "semi-pros" tell me what u think of the exercise. This is for the guy with nothing but a pullup bar at home who wants to tighten up the old 4pack (or 6pack if u got it) at night after hes put an hour or so in at the gym.
