Thanx JD!! I've been working my ass off at the gym lately. I have to be honest the diet has been bruttle the past 3-4 days and let me tell ya I am feeling it bad in my workouts.

Today's WOD was 30 full clean and jerks with an additional jerk on every rep for time. The kicker to this one is if you miss on any of the reps the rep doesn't count. So if you clean and jerk and then go for the second jerk and don't get it the entire rep doesn't count...man it was bruttle and like i said my diet hurt me today big time.

Time for workout 14:22. Should have been sub 10mins for sure....live and learn I guess. Back on the program hard now tough!! No more screwin' around!!

Getting both stronger and leaner. My strength is continuously improving. We train 3 on 1 off and on the 3rd day is a heavy day. So we will do heavy squats, deads, cleans, clean and jerks snatchs what ever you choose. And the weights keep going up. It's unreal. The leaness comes hand and hand with the diet and the metcon training. All the conditioning training is so intense your body has no choice but to lean out. It's unreal.

I am getting more muscular just not at the rate as you would doing a traditional bodybuilding workout. I am also not using any AASs either. I have seen countless bodybuilders including myself at first come in and completely get destroyed. It is a completely different style of working out. You all have to give it a try.

Took the week off training last week went on a vacation.

WOD yesterday:
400m run
50 air squats
400m run
50 air squats
400m run
50 air squats
400m run

Time 13:18...man where my legs destroyed. The first 100m of the 400m the legs felt like they would full flexed and made of cement they would just not move not matter how hard you tried..after that they loosened up for the rest of the 300m only to be destroyed by the air squats again and again..LOL Great workout!!

WOD today!!

5 rounds of
500m row
10 pushups
20 wallballs

Time 17:48...a real gaser...almost puked on this one...was doing the dry heaves during after the 2nd round of rows.
