Haven't had the chance to do Helen..might do her tomorrow. Painted for 11hours yesterday and another 5 today so I decided to do Lynne instead.
Lynne: Max Bench press @ BW Max Pullups 3 minute rest 5 rounds Old PR(personal Record) 80reps on July 11/08 New PR 102 reps today!!! Blew my old PR away in less then a month and the last time I benched was the last time I did this workout. ![]() |

2 min. of max Clean and Jerks @ 135/95 2 min. rest 5 ROUNDS Total 49 reps...wow you really hit the wall on this one. You guys really have to at least give this shit a go...you will find out what your made of let me tell ya. |

Thanx bro!! I am busting my ass in there 5 times a week and I puke at least 1 of them with the other 4 leaving me fighting to keep it down. I have never worked out this hard in my life nor have a had results happen this fast. I keep a log on an xcel spread sheet which keeps the workouts and dates they took place as well as the approiate times and weights that I lifted in order to continuely break my PRs.
I've got the diet spot on. I'm doing the Paleo diet so basically lean proteins Ie:fish, eggs, lean meats, veggies and fruits in limited amounts. No grains nothing, no bread, no rice, no yams or oatmeal. Nothing. It took a few weeks to get used to but now I'm flying..it's amazing. I have done a lot of research on this diet and it suits me well. Like always I'll keep you posted. |

WOD: Helen:
400 meter run 1.5 pood Kettlebell swing x 21 (note: 1.5 pood = 54lbs) Pull-ups 12 reps 3 Rounds for time Time: 10:17 broke into the leader board holding # 7 spot at our gym and I know I can go harder...I have to admit I was bruttly gased at the end of this one. It litterally took me 10mins before I could stand on my feet I keep getting major head rushes when I went to get up...LMFAO!! I love this shit!! Just signed up for my level 1 Crossfit Cert...This is getting better and better!! |

WOD:
5 deadlifts @ 135#s 5 Full Cleans @ 135#s 5 Front squats @ 135#s Run 400m 5 Rounds!!!! Time: 20:01 damn second..hahahaha wanted to get sub 20mins. What a workout though...a real leg blaster let me tell ya. You bang through the deads no problem then you get to full cleans and your back is a little gases from the deads...one you get the cleans done you have to do 5 front squats...holy hell man but it is still not over then you run 400m..the first 100metres are killer with your legs feeling like they are made from cement and yes I had to do this 5 times!! LOL What a workout!!! |

WOD Fran!! 95# thrusters and pullups 21-15-9
Fran is basically the benchpress of Crossfit for those of you who are familiar. It is one of the workouts that crossfitters compare each others physical fitness too. Fran time today 6:55 another new PR!! This one killed me though. It took me at least 30mins to feel normal again. It was bruttle..but fun.My last Fran was done on July 16, 2008 with a time of 8:03. It's awesome to continuely destroy your PR. Next month I'm going for Sub 6mins..maybe even sub 5. I'm really pushin' hard now. Tomorrow's WOD will be heavy Full Cleans 1 rep max. PR on the is 195lbs. And some muscleups on the rings. Ahhhhhh YEAH!! |

WOD started off running 400m. Time 1:17 much faster on the track but when we run at our gym we have to run around the building so we have to cut the corners which kills your speed and today there was some cars in the way. But needless to say still a good time. Gonna do it at the track soon to see how I measure up.
Then did heavy Full cleans. Maxed out at 195lbs..tied my PR. Had 205lbs up but elbows dropped a bit and I lost it as I started to front squat our of the bottom position. Tried it 2 more times and missed. I'll get it next time. Then moved on to Front squats. Maxed at 225#s. Ass right to the ground...missed on 235#s twice but stopped there I was starving..LOL |

Wow Shredz your times are amazing! Props to you guy.
I've been so busy lately that I only make it to the gym about once a week. Hopefully I will finally get into crossfit in the near future. |
