Default OJ....low carb recipe for protein from True Protein....share with your bro Jugg

It has come to my attention you might hold some knowledge on a recipe or a low carb selection to choose from at True Protein. I carelessly forgot to list you in another thread, clearly unintentional, so I opened this one in your honor. You would be helping your brother out if you shared this information.....the world doesn't need a larger Juggernaut so your assistance would be greatly appreciated by society as a whole. As well you'd be doing something nice for your fellow man further perpetuating the faith that there is still good left in all men.

Notice the correct spelling? I ran it through the check spelling application just for you.............because I care.

Well I had plans to order it from the company True Protein however I'm open to ordering it from whoever. I'm just looking for a decent protein which is low carb.

Protein doesn't have carbs in it. Only the stuff they add. Use the 'recipe' I gave you OR go to true proteins forums. There is a TON of info on everything you could ever want to know about protein, and they have a section just for 'mixes'.

Brent, Brent, Brent, need I remind you my age?

Very well I'll throw one together myself. I know protein doesn't have any carbs, I was looking for input on what type protein to choose (Whey Isolate Cold-Filtration) and what else to throw in (vitamin/minerals). Would Splenda be better than stevia? Things like that.

I told you what to put in the other thread.

Stevia is 'healthier' yeah, but it leaves a weird medicineY taste afterwards... Go with splenda

40/40/20 % grandpa J
whey iso (cold filter)/milk protein isolate/ gemma

BAM. oh, and ONLY use the premium flavors, they are soooo worth the extra change. seriously.

Good luck, tits
