Default Swellin, CYC...need a protein recipe for a low carb protein powder from True Protein

I'm looking to purchase protein powder from True Protein and I'm not sure which one to purchase or what recipe to use to make my own. I need somehting low carb to take after my morning cardio session and for my midafternoon meal. Any suggestions any member has would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah, carl. Here's his E-mail carl@trueprotein.com

He handles (or when I was considering doing the same, he handled) cases like yours.

I actually have a shuffleboard at my house. Big hit at the parties.

K use some form of whey, milk protein isolate and some gemma to lessen the cost a bit

maybe 40/40/20 %

Juggy, I've been out of the country and busy as hell while here....sorry.
I see you have your answer, but I'll throw another one out there for you.
Both Dante and Ted (In-Human) preferred the non-flavored WPI. You can buy flavor packs and change the flavor daily if you like. I use the unflavored stuff in oatmeal, eggs, & darn near anything. I got used to the taste of it, and I prefer it over the artificially sweetened and flavored stuff now anyway.
