over the last 7moths i have been traing hard to lose some unwanted fat. i have managed to lose 2stone and also gained muscle. i am 5'8'' and 164pounds. i currently weight train between 4-6times a week and cv 2-3 times a week. i have been keeping my calorie intake at about the 2000 mark each day. i now want to gain more muscle so i have brought superdrol and with it cycle insurance. i'm going to start on 10mg a day for 4 days and then start 20mg for the rest of my 3 week cycle. i will post any gains loses or side effects. what kind of training plan should i have and what time period should i do my pct for?
