I'm with KT pretty much. Although, every once in a while, I like to drop EVERYTHING, even the multi.

I usually have a lapse from when I run out and order more, so it pans out in the end.

i have a comment, well a lot on this, but the gym is callin so i'll be back

been reading a lot of conflicting things lately in regards to supplementation in general

So just do what I do and take whey, waxy maize,fish oil and a multi vitamin, much easier and cheaper in the long run.
