Default My Supp List, what you think.

Im gettin ready to order some supps for the upcomming months, just wantin to make sure i got a good but simple list.

BCAA - 1000 grams
Creatine Ethyl Ester powder - 1000 grams
Beta Alanine - 1000 grams
ZMA - 180 caps
Caffeine powder- 400 grams

already have protein, waxy maize, fish oils, and multi

Protein, BCAA's, Green Tea caps Creatine Mono, Waxy Maize and a multi vitamin. All you need.

I would add in some R-ALA for one thing - what are your goals?

My goal would have to be a lean bulk. . .I dont put on fat very easily, but i do cardio about 3 times a week and seems to be workin well, havin takin creatine in about 2 - 3 years so wanna get some more strength and size.

Yea why not . . . . its cheap as hell and will last me forever. Im tired of wasting my money on pre-workout stims. The main thing i feel is the caffeine anyhow. 400 grams will cost me like 13 bucks and last me til the end of time lol.
