Default need suggestions for getting rid of double chin...

Here's the story. I got into lean shape 2 years ago for my wedding. I got down to 193lbs and was lean (neck/chin skin was tight). After the wedding I cycled and bulked up to 243lbs over about a year, adding muscle and a good amount of fat. During that time I grew a nice little double chin. Now I have cut back down to 194lbs, my muscles are noticably bigger and bodyfat noticably leaner than my wedding photos. The double chin is almost gone but there's a little bit of extra skin or something lingering around that to me looks like I still have a small double chin. Basically the skin is not tight around the neck area. I would say I'm definitely around 10-12% bf, abs look pretty good, some fat on the lower abs still remains. But this stubborn chin doesn't want to tighten up.

Any suggestions? I'm thinking I need to diet more and lose more bodyfat (which given the shape of my overall physique doesn't seem right), or its excess skin and I would need surgery to remove it. It is really fucking bugging me!! I've grown a goat-tee to cover it up. I want to shave but not until its completely gone.

Thanks in advance for any serious replies.

ill start off by admitting this isnt my area of expertise, but skin is obviously elastic by nature. So, if youre trying to hurry the tightening process along you may consider skin creams. I use to think creams were BS until i started dated this chick who worked at this place that sold high end shit. it actually works.

another thing to consider and i dont mean to be an asshole, but are you guesstimating your bodyfat? As i look back over my years i now realize that i constantly underestimated by bf. ... or i would get several tests and choose to believe the lowest of the results.

I have the same thing, bro. I've tried EVERYTHING to get rid of it. I'm going to end up spending a couple grand and have it removed. At the same time i'll get some AB sculpting.

I'm going to keep cutting and see where I get. I will look into surgery too b/c there is no way I'm living the rest of my life with this. Too bad I didn't take this into consideration before I decided to "bulk up".

But what about Lee Preist? He balloons up in the off season then comes in tight during competitions. I'll keep my fingers crossed that further cutting will do the trick.
