Default Carbs and HGH without slin

im currently running 3iu per day. split into two doses. 1.5 when i wake up and 1.5 PWO. this is my first run with HGH so im ramping up slowly until i get around 6iu per day. I just finished 4 weeks of slin so im not on HGH only.

I remember a thread about carbs but i cant find it. Its my understanding im supposed to stay away from carbs for 30 mins after my IM shot. so my PWO routine is a shot then 30 mins i have my shake of dex and whey. Is this correct?

also i have yet to get a thyroid supp. what do you guys like t3 or t4?

From what I have been told, you should not take GH within 2hours of eating any carbs. t3 or t4 is fine, I have seen people use both.

Yes you should try not to consume carbs to close to your GH shot, GH blunts the release of insulin, so you will just end up with high blood sugar, which will make you fat.

T3 or T4 is fine. I use T4 because i like using the 'upstream' supps rather than the 'end products'. kinda like taking Gh or IGF, with the gh you still get igf, and with T4 you still get t3, but not the other way around.

Actually high blood sugar will make you lose weight like crazy if it stays high for a long time.

That is the furthest thing from the truth. Your body will never use fat as the primary fuel when there is sugar in the blood stream.

what are the time frames for both sub q and IM injections before i can intake carbs... reason i ask is becasue of PWO without slin shots. i take my shot of Gh IM then wait about 30 mins to have my shake... sound right?

No, when sugar levels are elevated, you WILL begin to loose weight like CRAZY!
When sugar levels are high, it dosent allow nutrients into the body, the cells are full/closed, so youll have NO appetite and you throw up alot if its bad enough.

Once again that's the furthest thing from the truth. When blood sugar is high insulin is released to lower the blood glucose levels, and if your "cell are full/closed" then where does the glucose go? You will never lose weight with high blood sugar levels, that's is a total contradiction.

The only time you will have no appetite is when cortisol levels are high. High BG releases insulin, insulin blocks the effcets and lowers cortisol levels.

I think you need to stop believeing the crap your reading in the magazines.
