Worth checking out, Bas Rutten, Dan Henderson, Dean Lister and quite a few others, shows them training with interview footage etc.

Am doing good mate, not seen you on MSN for a while now, how is everything? I read in another thread you hurt your wrist?

I am just back training for the last 4 weeks, moved away from the place I was staying, there was nothing there and where I am not there is a gym locally that has boxing ring, bags, mirrors and some space, just no one to spar with, but oen step at a time :-)

Let's catch up on MSN soon, you can update me your side.
