Default what to use for PCT

Just finishing up an 8wk, 700mg\wk prop cycle. what do u think would be best for pct. CLomid and nolva. A-dex, aromasin, or letro. I have quick access to all.

anyone? For my first and second cycle I used the clomid/nolva. I wanna get away from the clomid this time around b/c I dont really enjoy the depression. What Im really looking for Is people that have run aromasin and nolva, and people that have run letro and nolva. Which combo do you belive would be better for pct. I know letro pretty much stops all estrogen conversion, but do you really want that? SOme estrogen is beneficial right?

I dont think letro would be a good choice because if i remember correctly it is so powerful when you stop taking it you body will have a rebound effect on its estrogen which would be very counter productive.

This is a little old, so I wonder what was used.

As a general rule, Letro is absolutely NOT the thing used during pct. It doesn't stimulate your own production, it simply blocks the receptors from being bound with estrogen.

My two cents....

Nolva is good, and hcg is as well. I know it's not the norm, but I found what worked best for me. Clomid is also excellent IF you can tolerate the sides. I can't tolerate clomid, so I had to experiment to find what worked best for me.

This is one reason that bloodwork is paramount. If you don't know what this stuff does to you, how can you possibly know what works? In truth, no matter how you "feel," you can't tell whether or not you have recovered. The only way to tell is to take a baseline reading before you start your cycle and a reading after your pct. You might have to continue to do bloodwork every 6 weeks or so if you have not recovered. This way you can see what's going on.
