Just an FYI Mallet- The BCAA protocol did not mention the use of peptopro. Not sure if you confused the two since I posted 123982132 links in the other threads.

My idea (and Scott hasn't responded yet) was to try peptopro only and not the BCAAs that he and many of his and Wes' clients have already had outstanding results with.

Seems to me, the peptopro would work very similar but at an even smaller dose.

why 30g PWO? That's a LOT. Even the 'big guys' at IM who compete aren't using that dose. many 200lb+ guys get away with 10g servings...

Anyway, I can't wait to get your personal feedback on this as well since you are very in tune with your body.

wow thats going to be some bacon spent there! I bet on that you'll have a pumped feeling all day.

I think the BCAA's will have the most benefit with my GH protocol. I figure if i have a well stocked amino acid pool while runnig my gh/slin/IGF i'm priming the environment for new growth. And being that whey takes an hour to an hour and a half to get digested an absorbed i could be missing the window, although i should have amino's avaialable at all times anyways from my early day meals. We will see what happens i guess.

The BCAA's will run about $80/month, the glut about $20/month and the pepto about $60/month. I will definately be able to cut back on my grocery bill to compensate somewhat.

The reason i was going to use 30g of the peptopro was because i will be using 10iu's of gh and 10'iu's of slin with 100mcgs of IGF in my pwo shots, so i want to make the most of those peptides, and GH has a good shuttling ability with amino acids, better than slin i believe.

Certainly i could drop the pepto and replace it with regular whey for my ppwo shake, after taking the BCAA's that is, but why if i can get more amino's in there and digested. $60 a month isn't going to break the bank for me.

I'm so excited to see how this goes with another experienced guy who knows his body very well.

Let us know your start date, please.

I'm probably going to order up my BCAA'a, Glut and peptopro this weekend or early next week. I think to take full advantage of the situation i'm going to go back to PL style training as well, atleast add in the basic compound movements to put on de cray!
