Default Help.. Quick please

I took 10iu PWO like i always do and usually i take 200mg RALA with my first shake... today i took 400mg and im about 15 mins into the routine and starting to feel realllly weird... how do i combat this?

i already took in 80grams dex about 15 ago which always suffices for about 70 mins...

if things get worse i wanna know how to combat this carb wise( more or dont take any more)...

thanks you

I would lower the r-ala back down to 200mgs. I have the same problem when taking ala with my pwo shake. R-ala mimics insulin quite effectively, too well sometimes.

I pretty much always agree with Mallet. I would lower it, and if the problem still occurs then I would drop it completely and see how you do.

There is nothing like going a little hypo while training. That nice weak feeling is a real workout booster for me...not really.
