Well from a guy who is used to basically revolving carbs around workouts , I usually have those 2 meals as my glycogen windows per say. The rest of my meals are usually pro/fat.

Well i want to thank Nark for the help big time! Im already down 14lbs as of sunday!!! most of the loss is in my waist area so im definitely happy so far!
