Default Whats this pain?

Did a good back and bi workout the day before yesterday.. i had the "normal" soreness yesterday, but when i woke up this morning its really bad lol. i guess you could say its my lower bicept/ back side of my elbow.. im sorry i dont know the correct name of this location,... i pointed it out on this pic lol, i couldnt read the txt already on it.. anyways-- suggestions? its pretty annoying, hurts when i extend my arms out and when i bring my wrist to my shoulder(flex). mostly when i extend my arm tho.... suggestions guys? sorry i couldnt be more specific

probably your tendon.. when you move yoru arm it slides back and forth over bone causing friction which causes irritation due to inflammaiton (if theres enough friction).. when you do this while using weights the friction is even more so because the tendon is being pulled tighter..

take it easy and the pain will go away in a few days (pron 4 or 5). Keep it up and it could develope into tendonitis which really sucks..

ah ok man, thanks for tha reply. Im good to go now lol.. it went away a day or two ago. Thanks man
