Been a while... again haha. I'm still trying to figure out what happened to my IFL
This is a UK mag? I'm getting my bearings here so before I ask about details is there another thread about it around I might puruse? Interesting stuff. Mostly curious if you're putting in articles relating to gear in an up front manner, seeing as thats really what this site is (i think, when i left it was) about right?

I've been MIA off and on from here, but I haven't been on any other boards either, just busy with life in general, you know how it is.. Not saying much about it at the moment but I am working on a book with a relative of mine, relating. That said I love to write and IFL has done more for me than any other BB site on the net over the years so I can't think of a site I'd rather contribute to in some way.

We certainly welcome articles about gear use as one of many aspects of lifting related sports. Irrespective of the current legal environment in some countries, the practice of supplementation in lifting will continue and the science will advance to the point where in 10 years many of the the items that are common now may be seen as arcane. So we definitely want information available to our members to stay on the cutting edge of research.

*In my opinion* articles specifically pretaining to cycle design and implimentation are, well... played out, badly. Its difficult to explain (maybe just for me lol) as a literary concept, but the writing I've been doing is less in depth physiology, more tangiable, real world experiance. I mean everywhere you go people are arguing high level ideas about protien synth and anabolism and every magazine or book tries to out smart the other with medical backing to whatever system they want to push to you.
Don't get me wrong, I read it all, I enjoy the science, the medicine, all the fine details of why the stuff we put in our bodies does what it does.
I decided to start compiling my work into something oneday I'd like to put out there based on close friends whom I let read my progress journals that detailed my physical changes, things I noticed and felt worth writing down, how it all affected me outside my appearance, etc. and how intrigued by it all they were.

Thats where my thoughts and writing is at right now anyway, I've writen pure guides and that kind of thing but like I said how many times can you reword the same basic ideas we've all learnt to strictly utilize over the years.
