certainly it will not keep you from gaining muscle - obviously diet is going to be even more essential to make sure that you have the proper sort of response. There are several on here who have diabetes and can perhaps respond better than I. Do you have type 1 or type 2 first of all? And how long have you been diagnosed with it?

I have type 1 and have had it for approximently 2 years. I have been working out ever since but seem to have hit a wall. When I started my 1rp max bench was 125lbs and is now 235lbs. I know thats week but thats why im here! I try to keep my blood sugar under raps and I take insulin post workout with creatine and protien since ive heard thats the best time.
