It really took about 4wks to get a good tan on it. I used a tanning bed 4 times for 10 minutes. People that I havn't seen are asking me if I just got back from the carribean. I got the nausea for a few days, but I also started out at .5mg and stayed there for 2wks. I never have gone above 1mg. Start small and be patient. Go into it with a goal of a month and you'll be impressed.
Got some new moles on it as well, but nothing anyone has noticed besides me |

Start with low doses until you see how your body will react. I started with a high dose and the nausea and vomiting were intense. It may take a few days to feel the full effect of any sides.
I went back to it after a month and tapered the doses with only a hint of nausea after the first shot. It works. |
