rules for this forum - please all read

the 'lounge' or off topic area has been a controversial place for posting always due to alot of the stuff, is it right or wrong, so we decided to lose it and start again.

The rules are as follows

no personal attacks
no flaming
no racism, includes color, race, religion, creed, sexuality
no derogatory comments about men/women in sexist way
no racist or derogatory words used for describing people

incase your not sure, use your brain, we want to keep this place friendly, i dont wanna spend most of my time in here cleaning this place up, we have pay for bandwidth and storage so please, keep this place for clean chat of any subject, hobbies, films, relationships, family, anything really as long as its clean.

Basically the litmus test should be something you feel you could openly say at work - if you dont think it would fly there, its probably not going to fly here. I am sure I will get to exercise my ban button frequently in the near future but PMM is about quality over quantity.

That means ridiculously crude, mentally sick or over the top posts are fair game to get you canned - and dont tell me "but everyone has different standards, blah blah blah" - my tolerance level is going to be very low here as this is designed to be a site for professionals and people who are serious about sports that involve lifting.

And lastly - and this will be tough - no more "man love" comments - be more imaginative in your friendly put downs but the gay references have got to go

Read you both loud and clear. Rules like these will weed out those who just don't belong here.

Good deal,and guns loaded. There was some good stuff in the lounge before,but it was always a place of BS and not my screen name either.
