Default Gynocomastia

I am 21yrs old, 178lbs and very lean. I have never taken any supplements outside of protein, creatine, glutamine, etc. and as a result of puberty I have puffy nipples or gynocomastia. Its very noticable and bothersome. I was wondering if there is anything besides surgery that can reduce the gyno. I know products such as Letrozole and Arimidex prevent gynocomastia but i'm not sure what can reduce it once its already happend. I do not have the money for surgery and am looking for any alternatives. I would apprechiate any advice. Thanks

Surgery is the only cure for gyno unfortunately. Some supps will temporarily shrink the appearance of gyno, but nothing will get rid of it permanently except surgery. So start saving your money!

^^Ditto.

Take it from someone who's tried about everything short of surgery for the condition.

Aromisin or letro are best for reduction - its catch 22 whether it will grow back, aromisin doesn't tend to re-bound so thats best IMO.

Like the fellas above said though, it'll never be totally gone without being removed, you can reduce it and live with it though.

Unfortunately the leaner you are the more noticeable it could be.

No it won't help, GH can actually cause tumors to grow, and GH also has prolactin sides which can add to gyno. I like to run caber when i'm running higher doses of GH to cut down on the progesterone sides.
