Chiropractor?

Just wondering how many of u go get "adjusted" regularly? Make you feel alot better? Im thinkin about a visit..

For me, it's always helped immensely. My chiropractor works wonders.

i go once every 2 weeks, my chiro is a freakin hippie, hes great lol. And yes the amount of stress we do put on our spine can take its toll. Docs gotta put shit back in place!

I never go, I prob should but even when I do I do not notice a big difference. Massages now, that is a different story.

Never been. I'd like to do a chiro visit, massage, and get an acupuncture treatment.

I know my back needs the massage desperately. It's Always in knots from lifting.
