I just started the carb cycling today. I'm very excited about it. I'm betting it turns out to be my holy grail. If I can stay away from alcohol and be 99% consistent with this diet and training, I have no doubt I'll come closer than ever to the physique of my dreams.

Anyone else using this diet??

What do you think about consuming 50% of your daily carb intake during the PWO meal on training days? My PWO shake on high carb days is 160gm of dex! Seems like a lot.

I was doing it ant noticed I was getting strong doing half my carbs PWO. MY nubmers went up. But I was doing to many cals IMHO.

I'm gonna cut my PWO carbs a little and add in a fourth pro/carb meal on workout days. My PWO meal will still contain the greatest amount of carbs out of all daily meals, but 160gm of dex seems like a bit much. And I'm trying to cut! Imagine I was trying to bulk, that would be like 200+gms of dex.

You can always do a Timed Carb diet where you revolve carbs PWO and PPWO and the other days really low carbs from veggies and greens like you would with the anabolic diet.

I used to run something similar to that. I've done the low-carb thing now I'm back to the high-carb thing.
