I used to but not anymore. I ran it for about 3 years straight. I've been off for about 6 months and thank god I haven't seen much of an increase in hairloss. I still have some light shedding, but my hairline is holding so far (knock on wood).

Just break them into a few pieces. I think 1.25mg (Propecia) is the does for hair anyway.

a friend of mine who knows alot about juicing and went to harvard said one a day is good for a month or so but none of my knowledge is in hairloss so i was going to just go into it blindly with his advice...
