I have been using it for a few months now. I wanted to know what everyone else who has been using it, thinks of it.
here is how I have been using it. Preworkout 10mins 1 scoop waxy maze + 1 scoop whey protein + 5g creatine + 3g of ALCAR + 1000mg vit c in 120z water Postworkout 1 scoop waxy maze + 2 scoops whey protein + 5g creatine + 10g glutamine 160z of water. ** I forgot how many grams the waxy maze is, I use the scooper that comes with the whey protein? I think its 40-60g of waxy maze Does anyone see a difference over dextrose/maltodextrin. Waxy maze is a lot more money! |

Im not sure if im less bloated b/c of the lower amount that im using. I will say, that I havent really noticed anything big as far as gains go. I have been using it for several months now, and im not sure I can justify the additional cost of the wazy maze over the dextrose. I did just start using 1%milk with my post workout shake and that has sugar in it. so we will see how that will effect it. im wondering on other who have used both waxy maize and dextrose results. |
