Looks good tho, might be giving something like this a try :awesomewo

my only worry about 20oz of milk, is thats a crap load of milk, im not sure my stomach would be able to handle all that..

ill give it a go...

what about bloat from milk?

I LOVE milk, but I always feel like I've spent the day sitting on the couch after a big glass of milk... makes me feel lazy and out of shape

I'm not lactose intolerant... been drinking milk all my life... dunno if it's the sugars or the fat in it, im not sure, but you can deffinately tell in the mirror when I haven't had milk for weeks.

also keep in mind, that 1 cup of milk has about 12g of sugar. so if you use 20oz of milk in your post workout shake you will be getting 30g of sugar, so use less of your dextrose/malto or waxy mazy!

Now I don't have any studies handy on the time it takes to digest food.. but for those who doubt this .. eat a big steak early in the morning then make yourself puke around noon time.. I guarantee you'll see some steak undigested.. LOL gross I know, but it's the truth.

Liquid protein is probably a different story now..
I can vouch for this...a couple steaks at golden corral and a dozen draft beers later...good way to ruin a Thursday night
