Default Amino Acids

I was reading one of the stickies on Amino Acids...does anyone here take them and if so what would be a good product to purchase...when are they beneficial?

When I am dieting, I take them when I wake up...then go do my cardio. I figure it's a good way to slow muscle loss, without a bunch of calories before cardio. I use Dymatize Super Amino.

The only amino's i've taken on their own are BCAA's about 30min before exercise. Or 2.5g of glutamine/2.5g arginine/500mg calcium before bed for a GH boost.

But if your drinking shakes your getting all you need and don't need to waist the extra ca$h.

ACE, theres numerous threads here about BCAA's and mega-dosing them that Bryan2 has written in. I do not personally know any info about mega-dosing or anything like that, he knows a lot more about them and has tried it before. Do a search in this forum for threads about BCAA's and youll find a ton of info.
