Default Feeling very slow and down lately

Lately I've been feeling extremely tired all the time. It's pathetic cause it gets in the way of my work, training, and so forth. I have a bit of a cold but nothing major. I wake up and in about two hours or so I get into this very heavy tireness in which I just want to nap for a few hours. I've been feeling like this for about a week. Anyone have a clue on what it could be or how I might be able to prevent this?

you said in the other thread you were on tren, you think that or any other gear you are running might make you lethargic?

I've never had that problem . Only missing a dose of cytomel has ever made me feel that way and I am not running cytomel at the moment.

sounds like it, with the lack of energy, constanly feeling tired.

The most common symptoms of mono are:

* Fever, which may range from 101 °F(38.3 °C) to 104 °F(40 °C), and chills.
* Sore throat, often with white patches on the tonsils (which may resemble strep throat).
* Swollen lymph nodes all over the body, especially the lymph nodes in the neckClick here to see an illustration..
* Swollen tonsils.
* Headache or body aches.
* A lack of energy and fatigue.
* Loss of appetite.
* Pain in the upper left part of the abdomen, which may indicate that the spleen has become enlarged.

I only have a lack of energy. None of the others apply. Someone told me I could be depressed but I really have nothing to be depressed about at the moment.

I've been feeling the same way for about the last 2 weeks or so, I had a touch of the flu right before this too that I thought was the cause but thats been long passed and its still dragging on, which is odd because normally I'm a fairly energetic person

I was thinking maybe it was the weather, time of year or the holidays but as this slump continues I'm not so sure... all I want to do lately is lay around and watch tv and sleep, I dont even want to leave the house... I have to make myself go to the gym and even then dont want to do shit while I'm there, ephidrine doesnt even seem to help much

"depression" symtoms have a pretty broad range anymore and I'm sure that this would fall into that catagory but I've played that depression medication game before and it was a bad experince for me so I have no interest in doing that again

I have no idea what to say about it, I'm fighting with it myself and I wish it would pass soon
