I just wanted to put into this thread, honestly after spending my money, I have come to the conclusion the only things I truly need are Protein, CEE, a multi and flax with a stim.

Im usin protein, creatine (monohydrate, old school), joint support supps (gluc/chon/msm), NoXplode pre workout, and a multi, and im doin fuckin super.

im at gnc and also supper supplements and im looking over the so called andro poppers and legal growth hormone pre-cursors, and a m-1 product or m4 i think it was with an estrogen blocker,
my question is does any of this shit work,?

p.s. whats kind of funny is gnc had these products under lock and key as if the where really a legitimate pharmaceuticals. truth or lies????
please help?

They are under lock and key because they are expensive and on GNC's top 100. They also can be high-theft items. It has nothing to do with effectivness.

Dont worry about any of that stuff. I experiment from time to time with some things like that, but havent found anything of any significance really. Most recent thing ive tried that I like since i wrote this was Nitrix, but as for gains, its not worth the full price you pay if you're on a budget.
