by the kitchen I mean't the dining table. Some foods just don't go down well after I have been eating them day in day out.

Eating big means eating for the nutrients and not for the hunger pangs. Eating big means getting something (with protein) in your gut every 2-3 hours. Eating big means making food your number one priority...the gym takes second seat...steroids takes about 5th seat behind rest and supplements.

Eating big...if you weigh 200 and you want to weigh 225...you need to eat like you weigh 250. I've always heard that, and it's not really correct. However, it does give you the idea. I eat 2-2.5grams of protein for every pound of my body weight. I also eat 2-2.5 grams of carbs for every pound of body weight. A little flab doesn't phase me and I spend quite a few hours every week in an mma gym...so I need more carbs. I try to keep my fats under 100g and I try to keep them coming from good sources. I have a very serious addiction to sweets and junkfood that prohibits me from reaching this target as often as I should, but like I said...a little flab doesn't phase me.

Eating big...really is eating with the mentality of a big guy. Eating good foods and lots of them at the appropriate times is a large part of eating big.

One thing I do to get some extra protein is I will have a scoop of whey or two with a meal to ensure I get enough protein in if I really feel THAT full. Now im not saying to over do this and do it on a regular basis either and have an excuse to slack because whole food over shakes any day.
