As long as I get my 300+ grams of protein in a day, I eat whatever I want. Not horrible, but not over the top strict either.

Whenever I eat fast food, I always get the chicken....then probably 2 burgers too! lol!! But hey.....at least Im eating my chicken!!

What I love is when you see a guy on his first cycle and you can tell...meaning he is bloated with water, fat, red(due to hihg blood pressure) I don't even need to talk to him to tell he is on his first cycle...All of those side effects are usually due to poor diet and lack of research into the drugs they are using...Usually they are looking for the look I have or many of us on this board have but don't know how to do it bcuz they just jumped on steroids without doing thier homework...LOL It's even better when they look at you/me and put thier heads down when you walk in bcuz they can tell your juicing but you don't look like a puffy shitball...LOL

2g/lb is easy.

At mid 230s, I shoot for 500g of protein. It requires me to drink a few shakes, but hell....we don't eat because we are hungry. We eat because we are should. If I ever get hungry, I get pissed at myself for slacking.

I bulked up to 243lbs at 6'0". Considering I was like 160 in high school, I couldn't believe I got so big....neither could everyone else I know. It was no doubt mostly due to my diet at the time. But I got too fat and decided to cut down. Now I'm trying to lean bulk, pure LBM gains. Its all about the diet.

Have YOU tried it?
I have in fact tried a 2gr/lb protocol as part of an overall diet plan that incorporated carb and fat seperation. I was really pysched about the diet and found I was hungry an hour after each meal. I just craved something with carbs after a tuna/mayo mea etcl. This lasted for about 3 weeks, then my appetite went to shit quite literally. If I had an hour to eat every meal maybe i might of managed to mantain my previous calorific intake with 2 gr/lb. Unfortunately I had a job and didn't fancy spending half my waking hours in the kitchen. I decresed protien and increased carbs and my appetite returned. In saying that certain carbs killed my appetite also, tater and pasta were a no go and rice was gold. I believe I posted it at the time too. It was around this time last year.

It's all about the fucking food.....and no one ever understands it.

I remember when I was 17 and hitting legs with this trainer at my old gym, Don Coffman.

He was about 6'2 and 230, had great leg strength and worked up to 450 on his squat while I worked up to 275 for my max lol. He said I had alot of heart and drive, and potential.

Then this older guy, mid 40's came up to us and was like wow...nice lifts, yeah I can do alot on leg extensions

And Don goes dude, just squat. Your strength on upper lifts will go through the roof and growth hormone / more free test will be released...The guy hesitated and goes--"well....I'm just trying to lose some weight and tone up"

Don: "Muscle raises your metabolism...and your legs can become very large, squat and theyll grow and youll drop fat easier if you have more muscle, and IF your diets in check."

Guy: "well I do leg extensions every now and then....so I should be OK I think."

We just went back to squatting.
