Great purchase there man. Back when i first started ridin i was about to buy a SV before i got my gsxr. LEt me just say that SV's are GREAT bikes for around town. I actually think they are more fun in town than my gsxr. The V twim motor gives them ALOT more buttom end torque which is what you use around town. Those can also be set up for track bikes very easily. Almost anything that can be done to a gsxr can be done to a sv(besides motor work obviously)

As famous bike racers have said many times "learn to go slow, and the speed will come naturally"

dont try to go to fast for your own abilities. Remember you may think it will be cool to buzz past some chicks at 75 on a residential street but i guarantee them bitches wont be at your funeral
