My favorite is frozen blueberries and peanut butter with protein is a good add in to oj or skim or water. Berries and bananas are also compatible pairings. I have tried a lot of the proteins and most do not really taste good but Pro Labs meal replacement cinnamon oatmeal lean mass matrix seems tolerable to me with only oj or water but it is fattening. Not all people agree on taste. I like when it mixes well and even thickens the liquid- my preference again. The other proteins are similar in taste to me. I have used EAS, Metrx, Lee Labrada, Pure Protein and others. I also like that protein drink that they sell sometimes in the gas stations in the square box- the bananaflavor. Many people like to mix pineapple with protein but I do not. I too am open to more drink recipes of these types.
