Yeah - ultimately all about choice - when i was in my first years of college, juice was semi legal and I could have done it easily as a workout buddy lived on it - I chose not too because I didnt know what the full consequences of it would be. Later in my late 20s and then on into my 30s I felt I knew enough to do what was beneficial and not harmful.. Now, fast approaching 40 I have different needs and look for the long term, performance enhancers of all types are a wonderful thing
but you have to manage them well and know what you are doing. Thats the thing about taking responsibility for yourself and your own health, know not just what you want today but what you are really willing to pay for it tommorrow. |

I remember when you was writing this. I seen this and I was like I remember when someone else was writing one of these a few years back I opened it up and it was the same guy bumping his own thread. So how has the weight lifting been going?

Eh, so so. I've taken so many long breaks throughout this time. I'm up about 20lbs from when I wrote this... would be closer to 35lbs+ if I would actually stick to my diet/training.
Strength to weight ratio is decent on a few lifts. |
