Unless he has died within the past month or so, he should still be alive. You may be thinking of John Lingenfelter. He's dead. Died last year I think, maybe the year before.

He died on Christmas day 2003 from complications after being injured in a crash. He built some bad ass corvettes.

Yeah, the Neon has a horrible interior. The SRT4 is an amazing car for the money though. But when they first came out, they back windows only had window cranks instead of power windows. How ghetto is that? :haha: Even the Honda Civic interior would put Ford nad GM interiors to shame. Now the latest Civic, that thing has a beautiful interior, looks like something out of an Acura.

Power, power??
it aint all about it

power and a well balanced chassis to go with stiff frame and big potted brakes.. is the way to go.

when it comes to American Fords.. im not such a big fan... much rather an AUS Ford... better interiors, nicer exterior, more features, gear boxes and engines..

But when it comes to value for money.. the quickest cars without a doubt are Jap cars and to be more specific GTR's!

many people will jump on and say "Hey idiot... a mustang or zo6 will make 1400hp" which is true HOWEVER not only will the GTR make that... it'l make it from a 2.6-3L engine... hehe...
Another argument would be take off...
rwd vs torque distributed 4wd??? wonder which would be better..

not bagging your cars just putting in my 2c since everyone else is also

Well I would love to own a Skyline GTR34 but the costs to have it imported to the states is not worth it. And realize that the GT500 is supercharged from the factory and that means an extra 3k and you have a 600+HP cobra that will run low 11's high 10's in the 1/4mile.
