All you need to know about me (or at least all I am going to tell you)
Was kind of a chubby kid who really got it together I would say in HS when I started wrestling (we were state champs). Started weightlifting back then, joining one of the rather new clubs in the area at the time (20 years ago). Lifted in college and had friends who juiced back when it was semi-legal but I didnt know enough to use them and I was about 200lbs and was pretty happy with it.
Did extreeme sports like whitewater kyacking back before they got good press and was paddling with others who would later be in the olympics. Did a lot of martial arts everything from Bando, Isshinryu, Arnis, Eskrima, Kali and the longest at Jeet Kun Do. Last 5 years I havent done much tho due to a lot of biz responsibilities. Back when I was in LA I used to workout with the Barbarian Brothers and bunch of hard core guys in Golds and Power House down in Venice Beach - even saw Aaahhhnnnoooollld's Hummer in the parking lot once in awhile.
Got on the boards in 1998 or so because I was looking to get back heavy in the gym again and was working on the internet a lot. Found EliteFitness and posted there under another name for a bit and then this one. Was on Blood Sweat and Steel as a vet on Anabolex too back when Flex was running it. Was fortunate to be invited to be a moderator on Anabolic Review by the Iron Game when it was just starting up - In respect to OJ, I guess I was the 3rd mod there

- Fortunately, with no script we were able to build something great there over the years. After ptbyJason left I suppose I kinda took his place as head admin. A new challenge presented itself with IFL to open up our own board and I fully expect that with a great partner and building teams of great mods and senior staff, we will be able to have a family here that we can be proud of as well.
Now I generally hover around 250lbs, range of maybe 240-260, BF goes up and down depending on how busy I am - im 5"10.5" so Im not a monster by any means but most people seem to get out of my path and recognise that I lift. My lifting methods vary depending upon what I am wanting to emphasize at the time - my biggest drawback to getting really where I want to be is a crappy diet due to all the things I do and the many interests I have in the real world. Have run cycles of most everything at least once over the last 6 years so much of what I say has some experience as well as research behind it. I used to really enjoy researching various compounds and writing up how to use them but now I guess that is best left up to others with more time

:
Finally, I am a Christian and politically conservative and both of those facts have a solid impact on my daily life.
In these years I have seen a lot of people come and go in this game but my hope is that we can continue to make IronForLife a place that is easy to learn and absorb knowlege while having fun and a sense of community. I would hope that within the next 3 years we will be able to make IFL the very best of its kind on the net.
